One Residence Hotel & Apartment - Phnom Penh

I loved staying in this apartment. The hotel facilities, location near the center, and the cleanliness were great. It was great to have a mall right across the road, easy to grab food for long-term stays. Staff were lovely.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was lovely. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was perfect as it was located just across a shopping mall and a short walk to other tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also liked the fact that they had a secure parking area which put my mind at ease.

My only complaint was that there was no restaurant in the hotel. However, this wasn't a big issue since there were plenty of dining options nearby.

the center of town is also nearby and easily accessible. My room was really clean, modern, and spacious, making it comfortable to return to every day.

The deposit policy was frustrating and illogical, requiring a high cash deposit on top of the fully paid rental fee.

The hotel is strategically located on a main street, making it easy to navigate around on foot. the secured parking was also a plus as I had a vehicle with me. I particularly enjoyed the modern design of the hotel, and the fact that they have a gym and a pool to use. It was nice to unwind after a long day at work.

The breakfast included in the price was not adequately served, and that there was no in-house restaurant. the fact that everything had to be paid in cash was quite inconvenient for me as I had to go the extra mile to get cash every time I needed something.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel is located in the center of everything, making it really convenient for exploring the area. Plus, there is a mall just across the road, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. The facilities here are top-notch, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with air conditioning and cozy beds. the quality of service and comfort provided at this place is truly exceptional.

This place is a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
